1. Hole-In-The-Rock is part of the trail first travelled by early Mormon settlers. They were a group of pioneers from central Utah looking to settle in the South East corner of the state. It was called the expedition. Hole-In-The- Rock was the name given to the section crossing the river. The trail head begins at the airport and is approximately 40 miles round trip.
