Here I will explain the various notations I use to make these strategy pages easy to use, and answer a few frequently asked questions. If you are a veteran War2 player, just read the page instructions. If you are a beginner, you need to read the rest of the page.
Send everything right now! No? Ah, screw it, I'm surrendering.

I denote my strategies with specific headers to make it easier for you to read only what you need. If you are a really good player already, then you probably already know all of the fundamental and most of the veteran strategies. So feel free to skip right on to the "secret" strategies on these pages if that's the case. Although you probably want to go through the veteran strategies at your leisure just in case you are missing some of the knowledge.
If you are a newbie, the best thing you can do is to follow the Beginner's Primer and then get some playing experience. Going through and reading all the strategies is too overwhelming. You won't remember to use most of the strategies during an actual game; and what you don't use won't help you. Take it slowly. After the War2 fundamentals have become second-nature, incorporate new strategies into your game while you play. Actually putting a strategy to use is the best way to remember it.
