Generic Pythagorean Sums [Sqrt(X*X+Y*Y)] (Body)

• Instantiated for Floating point sums
• Instantiated for Long float sums

This package computes Sqrt (X*X + Y*Y) by the Moler-Morrison algorithm, without overflow (Unless the answer overflows). This routine doesn't use square root, and never squares the two numbers.
