Introduction: I actually have a lot more artwork than what is shown below, but either I didn't bother to scan it or it was too big. These are some of my favorites.

Subirachs Drawing
Medium: Pencil
Size: 17x21 inches
Description: The Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is their famous unfinished cathedral. After Gaudi died, I believe that Subirachs took over the design of the cathedral. The gift shop had a variety of posters you could buy of the cathedral art, but Deniz wanted this one, which hung behind the counter. Unfortunately, it was a limited edition print, and cost $300. So, I took a picture of it with the zoom on my camera to capture the details. I then reproduced it from the picture as best I could, and found a similar frame and matting to the original. It was Deniz' birthday present. Here is a closeup of just the drawing itself.
Bacharach Street
Medium: Soft Woodless Pencils
Size: 9x12 inches
Description: Deniz and I went on a Europe tour in the summer of 1998. I brougt along a sketch pad and drew a few things. This drawing is from Bacharach, a small town on the Rhine river in Germany. On our way to the youth hostel, I looked down a street and saw this tower and knew I had to draw it. The hostel was in an old castle, but with modern accommodations. It was really cool, highly recommended. While I was drawing, I was asked by passersby why I didn't just take a picture, which would have been faster. That's certainly true, but it wouldn't have been quite the same. I would rather have the drawing than the picture.
Rialto Bridge
Medium: Soft Woodless Pencils
Size: 9x12 inches
Description: The Rialto bridge over the Grand Canal in Venice. I was sitting on the edge of one of the vaporetto docks (seen on right...vaporettos are Venetian water buses, since there are no land vehicles in Venice). The gondola in the foreground is actually a composite of about 4 that floated by during the duration of the drawing.
It's It
Medium: Markers, Colored Pencil, Ink, and Acrylic
Size: 11x14 inches
Description: This one took forever, during the last year or two of college. I really like to work with colored pencils, but I just don't seem to have the patience for them (but of course, I have the patience for scratchboard).
Eagle
Venice Balcony
Medium: Watercolors
Size: 11x14 inches
Description: This was painted from a picture I took in Europe. The beautiful girl in the picture is of course Deniz, looking out over our hotel balcony.
Apartment Wall
Medium: Spray Paint, Acrylics, Tempera
Size: 8x14 feet
Description: I did this the first year of college. I lived in an apartment complex on campus that was made out of cinder blocks. So, I had the idea of painting a hole in the living room wall looking out into space. I had my roommate Matt get in the scene for scale, but as you can see he was being a bit bashful. Here is a distorted version that makes it appear as if you are directly in front of the wall.
