Responsible for implementation and maintenance of video
broadcast equipment such as video monitors, video editing gears, video
switchers, routers, computers, graphic computers, VTRs, VCRs and cameras.
Assisted in the design, implementation and maintenance of a complex two-way,
fully interactive video network and its support systems. These support
systems include video-compressing computers, MPEG computers, microwave
transmitters, high speed digital phone lines, T1s and fiber optics. This
network currently serves educators and students all over the state of Utah.
I was also responsible for providing customer service
to the universities, colleges, high schools and other end sites belonging
to this network, ensuring that their equipment was always running and no
classes were lost.

Maintained a management position in the maintenance of
consumer and professional video and audio equipment repair, including mixers,
VCRs, televisions, computers, cameras and video switches. I was responsible
for the design, installation and maintenance of solar powered systems,
ordering parts and equipment and customer support. Maximized profits and
minimized costs through the development of practical database software
which enabled superior customer support and service in this client oriented
business.
