College Friends

I made some great friends in college at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, Upstate New York. What’s more, my good friend from home, Joe O’Keeffe went to SUNY Albany, just 30 minutes away.  I still keep in touch with many of these friends, despite the diverging directions of our respective lives.

L to R: Andrew Caraway, my roommate for 3 years, with Mike and Stan goofing off (as usual) in our room.  We all lived in the same dormitory all 4 years,

Stan Karas doing his impression of 5 o’clock shadow.

Mike Ricciotti looking rather dapper on graduation day, in May, 1990.

This is John Blood, my basketball and weight-training buddy, achieving a lower energy state.

And here’s Mike with me in Salt Lake City, in the fall of 1999.

Yes, I did play basketball in college (well, rode the bench mostly), and skimpy shorts were in style then.

Although taken after those glory years in SUNY Albany, here is Joe O’Keeffe (far right) with his college buddies in Florida at Joe’s wedding.  You know it was a good Party if these guys showed up.
